iPhone 3GS & iPhone 4 have all the programs running in Memory cache

Anyone having problems with the iPhone 3Gs or 4?
The phones keep all the programs you have ever started up in the memory cache.
This can cause your phone and apps to run slow or buggy.

To empty the cache do the following:
Double clicking the HOME or START button

All apps that are running will show up at the bottom (I found I had 20 running!)
Press and hold one of the icons until they shake and show you a negative red sign, press on each neg to shut down the app.

Apple told me that when I turn the phone off at night,
all of the apps in the cache (memory) will close BUT this does not happen.
The more apps you have running the slower the iPhone runs.
To clear the apps every night when you turn the phone off, do it by the following method:
Press down on the top right button (the ON/OFF and Display ON button) AND the START button located at the Front bottom of your phone.
HOLD both buttons down until it shuts off ( when you see the SLIDE TO POWER OFF, Keep waiting)
This is known as a reset boot and WILL clear all of the running apps.
